Local Media wins News Entertainment Award
Everybody clap! Our local media behemoth, Mediacorp, has won some awards which it can’t but gloat about.
Mediacorp Radio was awarded the best entertainment radio website. I’m not really sure if this was a scoop because Mediacorp practically runs every known radio frequency I listen to....
The bestest part concerns Channelnewsasia, part of Mediacorp News. Channelnewsasia was the most visited website under the .... [drumroll] .... Entertainment Television category. Ahem, when your biggest news channel gets voted for entertainment, I think it’s a sign :)
Keep up the good work fellas.... your news reports are giving Hollywood a run for its entertainment $$ and of course, ensures that I get my daily dose of humor :)

Kinda makes the contest meaningless doesn't it? When it's a one horse race. ;)
